We want every guest to have a comfortable, enjoyable stay while keeping the home safe, clean, and ready for the next arrival. Please review the policies below before booking or during your stay. Cancellation Policy Same-day cancellations are not refunded. Guests may cancel up to 14 days before check-in for a full refund. If a guest cancels after that window, the host will attempt to rebook the property. If the property is successfully rebooked, a partial refund may be issued at the host’s discretion. Cleaning Policy A $90 cleaning fee applies to each stay. This fee covers normal laundry, consumables, and standard cleaning between guests. Guests only need to take out the trash if it is full, smelly, contains diapers, or has food waste. Excessive messes, including glitter, confetti, party cleanup, or similar conditions, may result in an additional cleaning fee. Damage and Missing Items Guests may be responsible for damage beyond normal wear and tear, at the host’s discretion. Please report any damage within 24 hours of discovery. Missing items may be charged to the guest. The card on file may be charged for damages, rule violations, or missing items. House Use No pets are allowed Smoking is allowed outside only A smoke odor or deep-clean fee may be charged if smoking occurs inside the home Maximum occupancy is 6 guests Day visitors are allowed Unregistered overnight guests are not allowed Parties and events require prior approval Guests should not move furniture or appliances Quiet Hours and Neighbor Courtesy Quiet hours are 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM Guests should be respectful of neighbors at all times Repeated rule violations may result in the stay being ended without a refund Check-In and Check-Out Early check-in is available by approval only Late checkout may be available, but a late checkout fee will apply Please follow all check-out instructions provided before departure Safety and Restrictions No candles No open flames No fireworks No tampering with security or safety equipment The shed and cleaning cabinet are off limits Enforcement Serious violations may result in immediate removal from the property without refund Additional charges may apply for damage, missing items, deep cleaning, unauthorized guests, or policy violations
