Searko Retreats — Short-Term Rental Agreement (v1)

This agreement governs your stay at Searko Retreats, Porter, IN.

Guests agree to the following:

  • No pets, no parties, no smoking inside the home.
  • Maximum 6 guests overnight. Minimum stay 2 nights.
  • Cancellations 14+ days before arrival are fully refundable. Within 14 days the booking is non-refundable.
  • Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay.
  • Check-in instructions and the property manual will be sent after approval.
